The Role
Your mission will be to drive sales-generating initiatives through outbound calls and emails. You will be responsible for following up on leads for both new and existing customers in order to set our outside sales team up for success. Your efforts will support the entire AMAG Technology product line and portfolio of solutions, which includes software and hardware.In addition to selling products and solutions, you also will assist with our service line of business that encompasses our Site Support Agreements. This is an existing database of customers that we already have in place that may have expired agreements, and you will reach out to the resellers to help secure the renewal.
You'll also target new customers who may be completely unfamiliar with our company and offerings. You'll leverage your consultative sales skills to identify the customer needs, educate them on our value propositions, and generate a business opportunity. Quick question for you - click here
More specifically, your key responsibilities will be to:
- Generate sales opportunities for new, and existing customers, through call and email campaigns.
- Introduce and promote new products through phone calls, webinars, and emails.
- Create new end user demand through cold calling (phone, LinkedIn, or other mediums) prospective clients to identify the decision makers and get them interested in AMAG's offerings.
- Manage telephone & email queues to provide product quotes and answer customer questions.
- Work to resolve customer issues.
- Provide post-event follow-up and reporting.
- Coordinate dealer agreements and manage new dealer on-boarding processes.
- Generate necessary reports and complete administrative duties.
- Observe and enforce company policies and procedures.
- Handle other tasks & projects, outside your normal job responsibilities, that will be asked of you by management from time to time.
